Dare to Lead Workshop
Dare to Lead™ is an empirically based courage-building program designed to be facilitated by organizational development professionals. It is based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown, a research profession at the University of Houston and the author of five #1 New York Times bestsellers: The Gifts of Imperfection, Daring Greatly, Rising Strong, Braving the Wilderness, and Dare to Lead, which also debuted at #1 on The Wall Street Journal and Publisher’s Weekly lists.
The most significant finding from Brené’s latest research is that courage is a collection of four skill sets that are teachable, measurable, and observable. The Dare to Lead™ program focuses on developing these courage-building skills through workshops, trainings and coaching to help individuals, teams and organizations move from armored leadership to daring leadership.
Individuals who successfully complete the full 24-hour Dare to Lead™ program will receive a certificate of completion.

Your Guide
Katherine Smith is one of less than 900 certified Dare to Lead™ facilitators worldwide and a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. She has been working with the Dare to Lead™Program for more than 3 years and has led the program for groups within industry and the Department of Defense.
Program Format
This is a highly interactive 6-session program that will be hosted on Zoom. Participants should be prepared to use the time between sessions for reflection and practice. Workbooks and handouts will be sent digitally prior to the beginning of the program.

Basic: $1300 includes 6 4-hour training sessions via Zoom link, digital workbook and handouts, and upon completion of the full 24 hours of training, a digital Dare to Lead™ Trained badge to share on your LinkedIn page.
Premium: $1700 adds 3 hours of leadership coaching with an ICF certified professional coach to the basic package. Use this time to dive deeper into becoming a brave and authentic leader.
