As a leadership coach, Laurent Besançon partners with leaders to address their leadership challenges and help them manage complexity in the workplace. Laurent’s practice focuses on leadership coaching, leadership development skills workshops, and group peer coaching.

Laurent has walked the talk of leadership and leadership development as a leader himself, leading global teams of up to 100 colleagues and managing $50-$500 million projects across 40 countries with the World Bank Group, a global financial institution with offices in 140 countries. Laurent later led the leadership development function of the World Bank Group, responsible for supporting the leadership development of over 900 leaders. 

Laurent has experienced up close the complex issues leaders face, the strategies that work, and the strategies that can get leaders and their teams stuck.
